What happens?
When transferring files from the PLC Designer to the L-force Controller, the following error message appears:
"Disk on device is full"
When does this behaviour occur?
The error message occurs if you try to transfer files larger than 34 MBytes via the file transfer of the PLC Designer ("Files" tab of the Controller).
Which products are affected?
L-force c300 Controller V3.7 and higher
L-force p300 Controller V3.7 and higher
Short-term measures:
Check file size before transferring a file.
Use an SD card reader and directly save the file on the SD card of the controller.
Evaluation/recommendations:
The PLC Designer cannot transfer files larger than 34 MBytes to an L-force c300 or p300 Controller. Instead of using the PLC Designer, you can use an SD card reader and save the corresponding files directly on the SD card of the controller.
