Longer cycle times due to FTP access or Telnet connection (corrected from V3.12)

Corrected from:
c300 controller V3.12
p300 panel controller V3.12

Response of the new version:
A Telnet connection or FTP access to the L-force controller does not lead to longer task cycle times.

What happens?
The cycle time of the tasks rises significantly. In the Task Configuration you can note a high jitter of the tasks.

When does this behaviour occur?
A Telnet connection or FTP access to the Lenze controller can lead to much longer task cycle times.

Which products are affected?
c300 controller V3.8 and higher
p300 controller V3.8 and higher

Short-term measures/recommendations:
Only activate the Telnet server and the FTP server if you can accept longer cycle times.

Instead of using the FTP server use the "Files" tab of the PLC Designer.

Evaluation:
A Telnet connection or FTP access to the Lenze controller can lead to much longer cycle times or a task overflow. Both the Telnet server and the FTP server are deactivated by default.
