Extension of the L_Curve_3 by the tensile force characteristic function

Inverter Drives 8400 HighLine and TopLine from firmware version 12.00.00.00

Functional description
The FB L_Curve_3 has been extended by the function of the L_WndTensionCurve block from the Winder software package for 9300 and ECS PLC systems.  

Applications
This function is required for the diameter-dependent reduction of the tensile force for winding drives (rewinders).
