Functional description
If the LS_MotorInterface.bTorqueModeOn=TRUE torque control is active, the speed is limited to the limits nSpeedLowLimit_a and nSpeedHighLimit_a by two autonomously working speed controllers. Like this, a stable limitation to zero speed is also possible now.
