Behaviour of the new version?
If the Lenze Profinet module carries out a Factory Reset triggered by the Profinet master, the Profinet communication of the module is interrupted immediately and restarted with the factory values.

E94AYCER communication module equipped with a firmware version lower than 1.40
What happens?
For a short period of time the module continuous to work with the previous parameters although the Profinet Master has triggered a Factory Reset.
When does the problem occur?
The behaviour described before occurs if a Factory Reset is triggered by the Profinet master.
Possible diagnostics?
The problem described before has occurred in case of communication problems following a Factory Reset triggered by the Profinet master.
Short-term measures/recommendations?
None.
Evaluation:
Since a Factory Reset command should not be executed while the machine is running it cannot happen that the machine shows a faulty behaviour.
