Process data monitoring does not work in the case of 12 MBaud (remedied from V1.20)

Behaviour of the new version?
Process data monitoring works perfectly at 12 MBaud with the new version.
What happens?
At a baud rate of 12 MBaud, it is possible that the set process data monitoring function does not trigger correctly in the event of an error/fault.
When does the problem occur?
The problem occurred only at a baud rate of 12 MBaud.
What products are affected?
Communication module E94AYCPM ≤ FW 1.11
Possible diagnostics?
If process data monitoring no longer works properly, the red BE LED of the module does NOT go out after process data communication has been restored.

Evaluation:
At a baud rate of 12 MBaud, it is not possible to ensure that process data monitoring functions correctly. Error diagnosis is therefore only possible to a limited extent.
