Free CAN-PDO: Monitoring of received CAN telegrams removed (as of ECS OPERATING SYSTEM V8.3, SPLC V8.0)

Function extension:
The receipt of free CAN-PDOs (use of the LenzeCanDrv.lib library) is no longer monitored by the PLC target system. The error message ovr Receive (C0168/1=241) can no longer appear.

Applications:
The processing of the free CAN PDOs received means a considerably increased computing load for the PLC target system which could not be predicted.  An overload was indicated by trip 241. Due to runtime optimisations the monitoring function could be removed from the operating system as of the target system version mentioned before.
