Additional precontrol signals for process data available

Functional description
The offset precontrol signals, namely position (index 0x60B0), velocity (index 0x60B1) and torque (index 0x&0B2) can now be transferred by means of the process data as well. Previously, this was only possible by means of SDO transfer.

Applications
These three precontrol signals can be used for the individual modes of the CiA 402 as offset values.
