Toggle bit monitoring (CE4) of the CAN system bus now switched-off by default (from V5.0)

Function extension:
The toggle bit monitoring (CE4) of the CAN system bus is now set to 'Off' in the default setting (C0595 = 3).

It had been activated so far by default (C0595 = 0), so that the 'Trip' fault message was issued if the ECS power supply module had been operated without a CAN bus being connected.
