Operation of the brake via control bit Ctrl1.Bit2, C4020 brake function (from V2.0)

Function extension:
With the new code C4020 'Brake function', the brake logic can be activated, deactivated, or set to control via control bit.

C4020 = 0:  Brake logic deactivated
C4020 = 1:  Brake logic activated  (default)
C4020 = 2:  Control brake with Ctrl1.Bit2 (brake-direct)

To ensure that the brake logic for the ECS Motion V2.0 is actually activated, however, the engagement time for the brake C0195 > 0.0 s has to be set in addition to C4020 = 1.

Compatibility to Motion V1.2:
When loading a GDC file from version V1.2 to Motion V2.0, the brake logic therefore is activated if the engagement time C0195 is set to a different value than 0.0 s.
