LS_CamInterface properly works at a task runtime of 1ms only (remedied from V5.0)

Eliminated function restriction
So far the LS_CamInterface system block has properly worked at a task runtime of 1 ms only. If the task cycle had been set to 2 ms or higher or if an unsolicited task was used, some of the inputs/outputs were not processed. The LS_CamInterface system block has been revised to allow for task runtimes > 1 ms without omitting any inputs/outputs.
