What happens?
If the power voltage of the frequency inverter is switched off (external 24V supply still available) and the drive is moved manually, the current actual position (L-C01210/3) is not updated. As a result, the drive loses its reference to the home position. This leads to a faulty position result.
When does the problem occur?
The problem always occurs if the drive is moved while the power voltage (external 24V supply still available) is switched off.
Possible diagnostics?
Observe the current actual position (L-C01210/3) while the power voltage is switched off.
Short-term measures/recommendations?
Execute homing after every mains switching.
Evaluation:
This behaviour is usually detected during commissioning.
