The Profibus address is sporadically not accepted when being set via code

Which products are affected?
MCI Profibus communication module equipped with firmware version 01.00.

What happens?
The Profibus address defined under code L-C13899 is sporadically not used after mains connection.

When does the problem occur?
The problem occurs when the Profibus address is assigned via code L-C13899 and the DIP switch has been set to zero.

Possible diagnostics?
If the Profibus address set under code L-C13899 (DIP switch is set to zero) does not match with the address used, the fault described here may have occurred.

Short-term measures/recommendations?
Assign the address via DIP switches.

Evaluation:
The Profibus address is only lost sporadically when the system is switched on. The standard PLC can identify this error and initiate corresponding measures.
