What happens?
The operating page does not update certain display fields.
When does the problem occur?
In case of an increased CAN bus load the update of the CAN process data (PDO) is frozen within a few seconds. The display fields on the currently displayed operating page, which are linked with these CAN process data by variables, are no longer updated.
Possible diagnostics?
None.
Short-term measures/recommendations?
A transmission cycle greater than 20ms is to be set for the CAN process data which is to be received by the keypad.
Evaluation:
The display of values which are to be transmitted via CAN process data freezes if the bus load is too high. The parameter data update is not affected by this function restriction. Usually, keypads visualize the parameter data.
