Control reset when attaching the keypad (elimination)

Which products are affected?
EPL-10200 (Drive PLC V7.1, hardware 2B and lower)
EMZ9371BC (Keypad XT)

What happens?
The Drive PLC executes a control reset when the keypad (EMZ9371BC) is attached.

When does the problem occur?
The response described before may occur when the keypad XT is attached.

Possible diagnostics?
None.

Short-term measures/recommendations?
Only attach the keypad XT to the Drive PLC when the machine is stopped.

Evaluation:
In very rare cases a control reset may be executed when the keypad XT is attached.
