Incorrect status signal of the function block L_CamSetXAxisVelocity with negative master value (elimination)

Eliminated functional restriction
Thanks to Service Pack 1 for Software Package Cam V2.0 an incorrect status signal is no longer indicated at the L_CamSetXAxisVelocity.nState function block output if the master speed is negative.
