Going online via Ethernet to ETC not possible

How is the reaction?
Going online from the PC to the ETC is not possible.

When does the problem occur?
After installation of the software ETC-MMI V1.2 and the initial connection via Ethernet with the ETC is no communication possible.
The preset installation folder for the ETC-MMI (C:\Programme\Lenze\ETC\MMI) was changed before.

Possible diagnostics?
Check the installation folder name for blanks, e. g. C:\Program files\Lenze\ETC\MMI.

Short-term measures / recommendations?
Do not use blanks in the installation path.

Evaluation:
Minor fault.
