CAN system bus, response to a Network Management Telegram (NMT) is not suppressed in case of the CAN slave (elimination)

Eliminated function restriction
The drive controller no longer returns a NMT (Network Management Telegram) with the data contents '0xFF 0xFF' in response to a REMOTE-REQUST with identifier 0. Regarding this, it does not matter if the drive controller is configured as boot up master or slave.
