Eliminated function restriction
The 'POS-ABS-VAL' output signal of the POS function block is now reset correctly together with the actual position value POS-ACTPOS and under consideration of the offset and polarities after homing or when the home position has been set.
Note: 'POS-ABS-VAL' is equal to the actual position value POS-ACTPOS but without consideration of the offset (C1225, C1227) and polarities (C1206, C1208).
