Behavior of the new version:
If the EMZ9371BB keypad with software version > V1.1 is used to enter a value larger than 6.5 Hz under code C0143, the communication between keypad and basic device will not be interrupted.

9300vector 110…400 kW SW ≤ V7.0 and keypad EMZ9371 SW > 1.1
What happens?
If the EMZ9371BB keypad with software version > V1.1 is used to enter a value larger than 6.5 Hz under code C0143 the communication between keypad and basic device is interrupted since the keypad changes to the 'Transparent Mode' which is only valid if the Servo PLC is used.
Possible diagnostics?
It is not possible to parameterise the frequency inverter by means of a keypad since the communication is interrupted. Check if the keypad has been used in the software version mentioned above and if code C0143 has been changed.
Short-term measures/recommendations?
Use the GDC software tool to set the parameters or to set a value < 6.5 Hz under code C0143.
Evaluation:
This function restriction will be detected when code C0143 is changed by means of the EMZ9371BB keypad (SW > 1.1).
