Behaviour of new version?
Due to the upstream filter the brake monitoring function is not activated due to interference injections.

What happens?
When motor cables longer than 30 m are used, Trip Rel1 (C0161 = 81) may be activated when the controller is enabled while the holding brake is inactivated.
When does the problem occur?
The response described before occurs due to interference injections if the wire breakage monitoring of the relay output (brake control, C0602 = 0) is activated.
Possible diagnostics?
None.
Short-term measures/recommendations?
In the brake cable a common-mode choke with two windings is to be added directly at brake plug X25.
Evaluation:
The brake monitoring function may be activated due to interference injections.
