What happens?
After the Download… symbol has been activated, the Global Drive Loader does not start the download of a binary file to a Drive PLC. An error message does not occur.
When does the problem occur?
In Service Pack 1 of the Global Drive Loader V3.0 the download behaviour was extended in a way that the controller inhibit of the corresponding controller is generally set before download. Consequently, the download of a binary file to a Drive PLC is generally not started anymore.

None.
Short-term measures/recommendations?
Install Service Pack 2 of the Global Drive Loader V3.0. With Service Pack 2 this function restriction has been eliminated, this means, the download of a binary file to a Drive PLC is ensured.
Evaluation:
After installation of the Service Pack 1 of the Global Drive Loader V3.0 files cannot be downloaded to a Drive PLC anymore. With Service Pack 2 this function restriction has been eliminated.
