ESP-DDS2-x (Global Drive PLC Developer Studio V2.3)
What happens?
The German-language Manuals of the PLC target systems Drive PLC V2.x and Drive PLC V6.x (pdf files) cannot be opened via the Lenze library (
Start>Programs>Lenze>Documentation>Manuals>Library technical documentation). In the Internet Explorer a message indicating that this page cannot be displayed occurs.
When does the problem occur?
If the
Drive PLC Developer Studio>PLCs directory is opened on the left-hand side of the Lenze library the following documents located in this directory cannot be opened:
- SW_DDS_Drive_PLC_(V2.x)_v2-2_DE
- SW_DDS_Drive_PLC_(V6.x)_v3-0_DE

None.
Short-term measures/recommendations?
Open the documents mentioned above via the
Overview of the Lenze library.
This function restriction has been eliminated with Service Pack 1 of DDS V2.3.
Evaluation:
The Drive PLC V2.x and Drive PLC V6.x Manuals cannot be opened out of
PLCs directory of the Lenze library. However, the Manuals are installed and can be opened via the
Overview. This function restriction has been eliminated with Service Pack 1 of DDS V2.3.
