What happens?
Although the keypad H502 was planned for vertical mounting (H502 portrait), the page H502 TRANSFER PAGE is displayed rotated by 90°. This means that this page is displayed as if the keypad was planned for horizontal mounting.
When does the problem occur?
When the keypad is switched on the page H502 TRANSFER PAGE is displayed at first. If the keypad H502 was planned for vertical mounting, the text on this page would nevertheless be displayed rotated by 90°.
The page FIRMWARE PAGE which follows automatically after the Transfer Page when the keypad is switched on, as well as all following pages are displayed correctly.
If the Transfer Page is opened manually via the Setup-Page (can be opened by activating two diagonal corners of the keypad) in order to execute a download, the page H502 TRANSFER PAGE is also displayed rotated by 90°.
If the keypad is planned for horizontal mounting, the texts on all pages will be displayed correctly.

Evaluation:
If the keypad is planned for vertical mounting, the texts on the Transfer Page will be displayed rotated by 90°. This function restriction only affects the Transfer Page of the H502 keypad in case of vertical mounting. All other pages are displayed correctly.
