Eliminated function restriction
When the quick stop function is controlled via the control word of the AIF1 system block, via the control word of the CAN1 system block or via the C0135/000 control code the Fail Manager has so far changed to a status in which it was not possible to trigger a template error.
As a result, e.g. the limit switch could possibly be 'overrun' or following error messages could be ignored.
This function restriction can be eliminated by downloading the corresponding Service Packs in the download area of the AKB. Regarding this, please proceed as follows:
Step 1:
Load the corresponding Service Pack file from the download area of the Application Knowledge Base:
a) Software Package Pos:
Software/Technology packages/Positioner/Template/V3.3 SP1
b) Software Package Cam:
Software/Technology packages/Cam/Template/V1.4 SP3
Step 2:
Unpack the setup file, start the setup of the software package required and follow the installation instructions. The setup for the Service Pack installs an additional library in the directory of the corresponding 'ServoPLC' (
LenzeTISPLCV0103.lib library) and 'ECS' (
LenzeTIECSV0103.lib library) target systems.
Step 3:
Use the DDS to open a new or existing project based on the template.
Step 4:
Open the Library manager window. Delete the target interface library version
(LenzeTISPLVxxxx.lib, LenzeTIECSVxxxx.lib) included in the DDS project. Insert the target interface library version installed via the Service Pack (for the ServoPLC the
LenzeTISPLCV0103.lib library, for the ECS the
LenzeTIECSV0103.lib library) via
Insert => Additional library.
Step 5:
Connect the
g_DCTRL_bQspIn_b global variable to the
g_bUserQuickstop variable in the
UserErrors POU of the template. If the quick-stop function shall also be activated via other sources than the
DCTRL system block (e.g. via a
g_bApplicationQuickstop global variable) add an OR operation:
