Parameter set changeover, setpoints are not accepted when the flying restart circuit is activated (elimination)

Which products are affected?
8200vector 0.25 kW-11 kW (as of SW 3.7), 8200vector 15 kW-90 kW (as of SW 3.6), 8200motec (as of SW 3.7)

Eliminated function restriction:
It the parameter set was changed over while the flying restart circuit was activated, the new setpoints were not accepted by the inverter equipped with software versions ≤ 3.5. This function restriction has been eliminated now.
