Operation of motors < 250 W or < 1 A rated motor current at the starttec

Which products are affected?
Starttec, all designs, from SW version 2.0 on

Function description
The operating mode of motors < 250 W or with a rated motor current < 1 A cannot be identified automatically by the starttec. Consequently, a new code (C0015) has been created. Dependent on code C0015, the automatic detection of the operating mode is activated (default setting) or deactivated (for motors < 250 W or < 1 A) and the operating mode is directly transmitted to code C0014.
Code C0014 is only a display code and can consequently not be modified manually anymore. It will not be reset by the default setting.
  • C0015 = 0 (default setting) The operating mode (C0014) is automatically identified (for motors ≥ 250 W or ≥  1 A): C0014 = 0 in case of multi-motor operation; C0014 = 1 in case of change of the direction of rotation
  • C0015 = 1 The automatic identification of the operating mode (C0014) is deactivated (for motors < 250 W or < 1 A). Code C0014 is set to 0 (multi-motor operation).
  • C0015 = 2 The automatic identification of the operating mode (C0014) is deactivated (for motors < 250 W or < 1 A). Code C0014 is set to 1 (change of the direction of rotation).

Applications
Parameterisation of the operating mode for motors < 250 W.
