Support of further Hiperface sin/cos absolute value encoders

Function description
Up to now, it was only possible to use an absolute value encoder with a periodical number of 512 per revolution. The current software supports the following periodical numbers by settings carried out under code C0420 (inc/rev).
  • 2048/rev
  • 1024/rev (Stegmann SRS50, SRM50)
  • 512/rev (Stegmann SCS60/70, SSM60/70 Standard)
  • 256/rev
  • 128/rev (Stegmann SKS36)
  • 64/rev
