Which products are affected?
8200motec 0.55 - 7.5 kW (≤ SW 3.1)
What happens?
When opening the motec, the heat sink may tilt. As a result, the guide pins may be deformed. When assembling afterwards, deformed guide pins may cause contact problems at the FIF interface (contact pins).
When does the problem occur?
When opening the motec and setting it up again afterwards.
Possible diagnostics?
The connected motor does not start, the motec does not operate as expected (contact problems at the FIF module).
Short-term measures/recommendations?
Symmetrical removal of the heat sink.
Evaluation:
The problem can occur when opening the motec and can be avoided by adapting handling. If necessary, deformed guide pins can be straightened.
