What happens?
Via menu item Online>Load the project is loaded into the target system (e.g. Servo PLC) but without the cam profile data attached to the project.
When does the problem occur?
After performing the menu command Online>Reset (original) only the project is loaded into the target system via the menu item Online>Download and not the cam profile data.
Possible diagnostics?
After loading the project into the target system check the value of code C2130 (FileNameAddDa). This code must contain the file name of the cam profile data file downloaded with the project. If the code contains the value no add-Data, there is no cam profile data in the target system.
Short-term measures/recommendations?
If you discover that no cam profile data has been loaded into the target system (see Possible diagnostics), execute the menu command Online>Logout and then the menu command Online>Login. As a result the cam profile data attached to the project will be loaded into the target system.
Evaluation:
With the menu command Online>Reset (original) the program is deleted in the target system and the codes are reset to factory settings. This command is executed rarely, and whenever it is executed, then it is mainly during program generation or commissioning. With the above-described recommendation the cam profile data can be loaded into the target system without any problems.
