Function description
The StopControl function (stop controller) is used to monitor the residual length to the reference diameter based on the current diameter and the material thickness. By using the visualisation, a reference diameter for the winding and unwinding operation can be set separately. Depending on the set winding direction (g_bUnwindOperation = TRUE / FALSE), the input field of the diameter which is not used is deactivated. As a result, only the reference diameter which is used for the calculation can be changed in the visualisation.
In the TensionControlV22 template the button 'unwind/rewind' for changing over from winding or unwinding operation has been removed in the visualisation on the page 'SpeedControl'.
Applications
Stopping a winding process due to a specific diameter in order to change e.g. a reel.
