What happens?
When pressing the keys <Shift>+<Enter> of the H315 keypad at the same time, the keypad indicates a blank monitor. The keypad does not respond anymore when pressing any keys.
When does the problem occur?
The key combination <Shift>+<Enter> opens the ServicePage of the keypad. Projects can only be downloaded from HMI Designer if the ServicePage of the keypad is open.
If the keys <Shift>+<Enter> of the H315 keypad are pressed at the same time, the response mentioned above can occur.
Possible diagnostics?
None.
Short-term measures/recommendations?
To open the ServicePage of the H315 keypad, proceed as follows:
- Assign a key with the command PROJECT – Quit Project. When pressing this key the ServicePage is opened.
or
- When switching on the keypad do not stop to press the key <Enter> until the ServicePage is opened.
The key combination
<Shift>+<Enter> should not be used for calling up the ServicePage.
This function restriction is eliminated with Service Pack 1 of the HMI Designer Version 1.6. The Service Pack can be downloaded free of charge from the download area on the Lenze Internet.
Evaluation:
It is only required to call up the ServicePage when making changes in the HMI project. This means that the ServicePage does not need to be started for operating a machine/system. It is no problem to call up the ServicePage without pressing the key combination
<Shift>+<Enter>.
