Entering values is not possible in fields with text lists (elimination)

Eliminated function restriction
Values can be entered via fields with text lists without restrictions. During entering, the user can use the arrow keys <↑> and <↓> to scroll through the texts of the text list. The desired text (value) can be accepted by pressing a key.
