Loading of profile data via PLC/IPC into the background data field while the drive processes profiles in the foreground data field. Later the profile data is transferred to the foreground data field while the machine is running.
Description:
A new output has been added to the FB CDATA to make handling of loaded profile data possible. Use the output CDATA-LOAD-RDY, as status output for successful copying of profile data to the foreground data field, to build up a 'handshake' with the PLC. (e.g. to take back the start signal for the transfer (CDATA-LOAD)).
Often the PLC cannot recognise the evaluation of the copying process (CDATA-LOAD-BUSY) in approx. 30 ms and thus the data is not available for the control.
This function can also be activated by pressing the button 'Accept data' in the GDC profile editor.
