Positioning mode of function blocks RFGPH2 and RFGPH3

Description

The positioning function after a High -> Low edge at input RFGPHx-STOP in FB RFGPH2 and 3 has been revised so that a High -> Low edge is necessary to start the positioning procedure. Until now the Low signal was sufficient and after power up it may have directly led to a triggering of the function, e.g. because the PLC becomes ready for operation later than the drive controller.
