Absolute flag area is not simulated correctly

Which products are affected?
ESP-DDS2-P (Drive PLC Developer Studio Professional V2.x)

What happens?
If an absolute flag is assigned with a value in the DDS simulation mode all other absolute flags are also assigned with this value.

Example:
By assigning:
%MW1:=1234;
the absolute flags %MW1, %MW2, %MW3,… are assigned with 1234, too.

When does the problem occur?
The response described above occurs in case of all absolute flags (address %M…) in the DDS simulation mode (menu item: Online>Simulation).

Possible diagnostics?
Check if the simulation mode is activated. If this is the case the term SIM appears in the status line.

Short-term measures/recommendations?
Do not use absolute flags when DDS projects are simulated.

Evaluation:
The absolute flag area is not correctly simulated by DDS. The simulation mode is used rather seldom in practice. If it is used then only while the program is developed. The program sequence in the PLC target system is not affected by this function restriction.
