L_MC4P: Increased number of available M-functions per class (from V03.26.00)

Function extension:
The number of M-functions available per class has now been increased to 6600. 
Previously, only 100 M-functions per class were possible.

Background:
M-functions are divided into classes with different modes of action:
  • without acknowledgement
  • with acknowledgement and message before the start of the set
  • with message at the start of the set and acknowledgement at the end of the set
  • with acknowledgement and message at the end of the set
