What happens?
The menu is not displayed correctly in the Diagnosis Visu:
Menu entry 'Submenu' instead of 'Function View'.
Menu entry 'Alarms' instead of 'Logbook'
After a short time an Ooops message is displayed in the web browser.
When does the behaviour occur?
The behaviour described above occurs if the Diagnosis Visu was opened with the current firmware version of the Lenze controller (>=V1.9), then an older firmware version (<V1.9) was downloaded into the Lenze controller and then the Diagnosis Visu is opened again.
Which products are affected?
Cabinet Controller c520 <V1.9
Cabinet Controller c550 <V1.9
Short-term measures:
Rename the directory '\easyui\data' on the SD card e.g. to '\easyui\data_old' and restart the Lenze controller with it.
Evaluation / recommendations:
With the Lenze controller firmware V1.9 a user administration was introduced for the Diagnosis Visu. In older firmware versions, the activated user administration of the Diagnosis Visu leads to the behaviour described above.
