L_MC4P_SetActiveTool: Setting also possible with released axis group (from V03.26.00)

FB L_MC4P_SetActiveTool: 
With the function block, a tool defined in the axis group can be activated online. 
This is now possible even if the axis group is currently executing a movement.
The activated (changed) tool is taken into account for all subsequently commissioned movements. Movements that have already been commissioned remain unchanged.
