L_MC2P_TappetRegister: If lrReactTimeOn is not zero, two edges are output (corrected from V3.13.0)

- Library:  L_MC2P_MotionControlCam (FAST Motion) from V03.13.00.52
                    (contained in the PLC Designer from V03.13.00)
 
Response of the new version:
The tappet output works as expected even if "lrReactTimeOn" is set to a value other than zero.
 
What happens?
L_MC2P_TappetRegister: Two edges are output per tappet.
 
When does this behaviour occur?
TappetRegister with time-controlled tappet output and "lrReactTimeOn" set to a value other than zero.

                       (contained in the PLC Designer)
 
Short-term measures:
For time-controlled tappets, set lrReactTimeOn to zero.
