L_TT1P_ElectricalShaftVelHigh: lrSetOffset is always executed via profile generator (corrected from V3.13)

Corrected from:
L_TT1P_TechnologyModules_LM V3.13.0.7

Response of the new version:
If the following parameters are selected, the offset is directly executed with a jump:
lrOffsetAcc = 0
lrOffsetDec = 0

What happens?
The offset is always executed via a ramp generator even if the ramps are deactivated.

When does this behaviour occur?
The behaviour occurs with the following offset parameter settings:
lrOffsetAcc = 0
lrOffsetDec = 0
lrOffsetJerk = 0
--> The selected offset is immediately accepted with a jump because the profile generator has been deactivated with the selected parameter settings.
Which products are affected?
L_TT1P_ElectricalShaftVelHigh technology module L_TT1P_TechnologyModules_LM library (V3.12.0.9 and higher)

Short-term measures:
If possible, use the Base or State technology modules for this application.

Evaluation/recommendations:
According to the documentation, the profile generator will be deactivated here and the offset will be directly accepted with a jump (analogously to Base and State).
-> It is not possible to implement the function of the State and Base variants with the High variant.
