What happens?
The internal ramp generator included in the setpoint path of the L_PCTRL function block is not reset to 0.
When does the problem occur?
The response described before occurs if the bInAct_b input of the L_PCTRL function block is set to TRUE.
Possible diagnostics?
None.
Short-term measures/recommendations?
Use the L_RFG function block (external ramp generator) instead of the internal ramp generator of the L_PCTRL function block and connect the L_RFG function block output to the nSet_a input of the L_PCTRL function block.
Evaluation:
The function restriction will be detected during commissioning at the latest. The function restriction can be avoided by applying the short-term measure described before.
