L_TT1P_RegisterControlState: Touch-probe marks are blocked by mark window function (eliminated from V3.10)

Behaviour of new version:
The mark window is reduced to the maximal register length. The recognized mark errors are corrected. 
 
 

What happens?
Existing mark errors are not compensated correctly by the L_TT1P_RegisterControlState technology module. There is no correction movement.

When does this behaviour occur?
The behaviour occurs if the parameterised mark window (lrMarkWindowSize) is greater than or equal to the register length (lrMarkDist).
 
Which products are affected?
L_TT1P_RegisterControl technology module from L_TT1P_TechnologyModules_LM library (V3.9.0.62 and higher)  
 
Short-term measures:
The parameterised mark window must be maximally as great as the register.
