Entry of the rated cycle

Eliminated function restrictions:

In the Cam Designer Professional 2.1 under the dialog Edit => Project settings, tab Master it is possible to enter any actual cycle. Moreover, the input field for the rated cycle is highlighted in grey and seems to be deactivated. However, when clicking on the actual cycle the input field for the rated cycle is also released for making entries. This malfunction has been eliminated with the Cam Designer Professional 2.2.
