L_TT1P_Winder: Error when counting the material length (corrected from V3.12)

Corrected from:
L_TT1P_TechnologyModules_LM V3.12.0.9

Response of the new version:
In the Winder technology module, setpoint-speed-based material length counting is as precise as material length counting based on the position difference.

What happens?
Count value mistake 1/360

When does this behaviour occur?
The behaviour occurs if the speed from the encoder is connected as line speed to the technology module.
The technology module unwinds/rewinds the material. During this process, the unwound and rewound material is counted.

Which products are affected?
L_TT1P_Winder function block from L_TT1P_TechnologyModules_LM library (V3.10.0.8 and higher)

Short-term measures:
Calculate the line speed from the integration of the position difference per cycle to avoid the error during material length counting.

Evaluation/recommendations:
If the above-described short-term measure is observed, material length counting will work properly. Material length counting does not have any influence on the winding behaviour.
