ParameterEditor: Data type from tab 'POU' cannot be inserted

Description of behavior: Data types (DUT) cannot be selected in the TypeParameterEditor of the ParameterEditor to insert them.
This means that no parameters can be created for instances of this data type.
Conditions under which the behavior occurs: The behavior described above occurs when the data type has been defined in the 'POUs' tab.
Affected products: PLC Designer from V3.26
Short-term measures, Recommendations, Evaluation:
Move the data type to the 'Devices' tab. You can then enter the parameter definitions for this data type in the ParameterEditor. Afterwards, you can move the data type back to the 'POUs' tab. Alternatively, you can also enter the necessary pragmas manually in the data type.
