EtherCAT master: With 'Save parameter set' (0x2022:3 = 1) in the controller, saving in the slave axes is also requested (no change intended)

Behavior of the new version:
Currently no change intended behavior when saving the parameters.
Description of behavior: The action "Save parameter set" (0x2022:3 = 1) on the controller via the EtherCAT master also automatically requests that the parameters be saved on the i950 logic slaves.
It is therefore important to ensure that the parameters of the lower-level i950 logic slaves are not changed during the save process on the master so that no incorrect values are saved.
Under what conditions does the behavior occur?
i950 or Lenze controller as controller with EtherCAT master and
i950 as EtherCAT slave logic-device below and
save the parameters on the master.
