L_TF2P_TablePositioning: Incorrect TP residual path calculated (fixed as of V3.31.0)

Lifted from:
Bibliothek: L_TF2P_TechModulesFollowingPositiong (as of V3.31.0)
(Update via Easy Package Manager)

Servo-Inverter i950 (from V1.10)

Behavior of the new version:
The correct distance is always used for concatenated TP profiles.

Description of the behavior:

The drive moves to an unexpected destination if the distance to be traveled is greater than half the cycle length. For example, relative positioning with a distance of 190 units at a cycle length of 360 units results in a movement of -170 units. (190Units - 360 Units = -170 Units)

Conditions under which the behavior occurs:

The behavior occurs at the start of a TP following profile with profile concatenation.

  • TP profile= relative
  • Position difference > half bar length
Affected products:

Library L_TF2P_TechModulesFollowingPositiong
Servo-Inverter i950 with TA Table Positioning (0x4000:0 = TA Table Positioning [20])

Short-term measures, Recommendations, Rating:
  • Using the TA i950 V1.8
  • Using the TM Tablepositioning_V2 from the library L_TF2P_TechModulesFollowingPositiong V3.30
