3rd-party controller: Going online with Easy-Starter using EoE communication via the onboard EtherCAT does not work (corrected from V01.08.00)

Response of the new version:
Routing through a 3rd party controller with the function EoE-Endpoint to Operating System is possible with Easy Starter via the i950 onboard EtherCAT.

 
What happens?
Controllers from other manufacturers (3rd party controllers):
Going online with the Easy-Starter via the onboard EtherCAT using EoE communication does not work.
No connection to the i950 can be established via the "EoE - Endpoint to Operating Systems" function of the 3rd party controller.
 
Under what conditions does the behaviour occur?
  • A connection to the Easy-Starter is established via the onboard EtherCAT
Note:
EoE communication is only required for controllers from other manufacturers and is carried out via the "EoE Endpoint to Operating Systems" functionality of the 3rd party controller.
Lenze controllers uses a different communication path.

Which products are affected?
Servo-Inverter i950 FW:  greater or equal V01.05.00
