Lenze FAST: Reaction of controller if FAST Application Credit license is not sufficient

How do I know that there is not enough FAST Application Credit on the SD card?

If the available FAST Application Credit license level is not sufficient to implement your application, the Lenze controller is operated in test mode. Here, the startup time of the boot application on the controller is extended after each restart. The start time can be up to 20 minutes. Except for this restriction, the PLC program can still be used.

The LEDs of the controller flash in test mode as follows:

• Error: flashes green/red (5.0 Hz)
• Status 1: flashes green/yellow (0.5Hz)

The absence of Application Credit is logged in the controller log, e.g.:

• License_Manager: Application starts in 1200 seconds.
• License_Manager: Bootapplication needs more Application Credit!
• License_Manager: Invalid Lenze license information.

The Lenze controllers c520 and c550 from firmware version V1.9 show the available and necessary FAST Application Credit and its usage on the License Manager page in the Diagnosis Webvisu.

The subsequent increase of FAST Application Credit license is possible. Please check the instructions in the linked AKB article!
